MPower 1

 60 minute Vinyasa based flow class heated between 80-85 degrees.  Students will be led through foundational yoga poses, core work and balance series.   Series typically include muscle lengthening warm-up, warming flow to build strength and flexibility, reclined core strengthening poses,  balance postures, restorative cool down, final relaxation pose.

MPower 2

60 minute Vinyasa based flow class heated to 90-95 degrees. Students will be challenged with rigorous flows and intermediate sequences. Perfect for the student looking for a more rigorous workout and deepening their physical practice. Series will typically include a muscle lengthening warm up, intermediate flow including twists, binds and balance options, reclined core strengthening poses, intermediate balance postures, inversions, restorative cool down/stretching sequence and final relaxation pose.

MPower 3

75 minute Vinyasa based flow class heated to 90-95 degrees.  Students will be challenged with rigorous flows and advanced sequences.  Perfect for the student looking for an advanced practice that will challenge and strengthen the body.  Series will typically include a muscle lengthening warm up, advanced flow including twist, binds and arm balances and inversions, reclined core strengthening poses, advanced balance postures, restorative cool down/stretching sequence and final relaxation pose.

MPower Sculpt

60 minute heated class combining traditional yoga sequences with weights and high intensity intervals.  Perfect for the student looking to build muscle mass and burn calories.  Classes are heated between 85° and 95° and incorporate cardio, weight training and yoga practice for a fun and energizing hour of all in one strengthening and lengthening.

Hot Mat Pilates

60 minute heated Mat Pilates.  Heated between 85 - 90 degrees. Focus on core strengthening, discreet muscle toning and flexibility.

MPower Roll and Restore

60 minute restorative yoga class utilizing therapy balls to massage muscles and release tension. Heated between 80 - 85 degrees.

MPower Party!

60 minute, all levels Vinyasa-based yoga party. Expect fun rythmic music, party lights and flowing sequences. Start your weekend right with a workout that feels like a night on the town.
