FAQ’s
Q: What do I need for class?
A: Closed-toe athletic shoes with a flat bottom are best for stability on the Versaclimber machines. Some students choose to wear grip-bottom socks. No bare feet or regular socks please. Bring a water bottle for hydration and comfortable clothing. The studio provides sweat towels and has water filling stations.
For Climb & Sculpt classes you will likely want to bring a yoga mat as well for the off-machine workout segments.
Q: What experience or ability level is required?
A: Versaclimber classes are low impact therefore suitable for all experience and physical ability levels. There is a level of stability and balance required to safely stand on the machines. Student’s are encouraged to work at their own pace while the instructors will push everyone to work to their greatest ability level and compete against their own goals. Climb 2 classes will be more physically challenging than Climb 1 classes.
